The reception people were nice, spoke English and were very helpful. The room was easy to get to. The room was clean, the bed was confortable, the bathroom had everything I neede, good wifi. What I didn't like : very dim light in the bathroom and in the room itself, the tv was big but useless, nothing good on it and no youtube. The hotel was located close to shopping area, 10 minutes away on foot. The restaurant on the first floor was Pakistani, I didn't like the food. No breakfast on the premises. The restaurant on the first floor was nice, but small capacity, and you have to have reservation. There's a bar on level 25 that can be accessed with a different elevator, which I couldn't find. From the airport, it took about 30-40 minutes to get to it. But location was so convenient that I'm sure I will use it again.

Room waa cleaned everyday which were great. Breakfast was great but needed more variety. Staff was nice enough Carpet in the hallway smelled a little and it was stained. Overall nice hotel

I booked a room with 3 people, 2 adults, one child. They gave me a room with 2 twin beds. The day after I came back at night time and recognized my room hadn’t been cleaned. Then the other morning I came to the front desk and asked to clean my room today. They said the janitor reported them my room stayed with 3 people with 2 beds, so she didn’t clean my room. I was so mad about this because I booked with 3 people in one room.
