Nice place everything is convenient to mall and back to hotel, walking distance to ayala where you can have coffee or breakfast outside if you want. Plenty of places that you can rome around and enjoy. Thanks parklane

It’s a nice place in Cebu close to Ayala Mall. Lots of good places to eat ATM on site and staff friendly. Rooftop on the 4th floor is a great place.

My stay was decent and I've stayed at Parklane before. Of course, it was 11 years ago. The staff was great and very polite. The breakfest was absolutely wonderful. The dinner service was stellar. The bar was somewhat limited but the staff was very entertaining. My only complaint is the open air karaoke bar right across the street. It went on forever. If you enjoy singing kareoke, this would be a good place to stay.

AC worked great. Staff was awesome, as always. Breakfast buffet isn’t as good as in past. Kept running out of stuff. Staff was working their tails off trying to keep filled. Other than that it was an awesome stay again. We will continue to only stay here when in the city. Just might grab breakfast somewhere else.

Only issue I have is with the buffet breakfast. They constantly kept running out of everything. Took awhile to refill and never put much in the serving bowls. Sure there are reasons but we stay multiple times every year and this was first time we experienced this. Other than that our stay was excellent as always. Staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful.
