The hotel is very well located in the heart of the city. Our room was large and included breakfast and executive lounge. Vast impressive selection buffet breakfast in a pleasant light filled room, although hot items could have been hotter. Executive lounge (Majesty Bar) good lunch items - soup, sandwiches, crudite etc 2-4 pm, dessert type offerings 4-6 pm. Also most hot and cold beverages, alcohol and otherwise, included. We also enjoyed an evening meal at Adele which was very good (not included). Bed and bedding very comfortable; large shower with rain shower head, medium water pressure, complicated dials, no tub; good blackout blinds, no noise issues. Good bathroom storage. Not so good general clothes storage. Hotel interiors can use a refresh. Cold sterile feel. Lighting not helping, particularly off putting pink/purple LED strip lighting and plethora of fake plants in lounge and spa. The pool is not a hot tub and cold pool but rather one small warm pool, so not inviting. The gym looked ok. Inconsistencies with staff interactions ranging from nice to brusque. Very pleasant breakfast waiter - tall, young, male, Czech, is hardworking, attentive and pleasant (wish we had his name to commend).

Hotel is marketed as a five star but it’s definitely not- four star at best. The staff are available, but the level of service is not up to the standards. One would expect at a five star hotel rooms are dark especially bathrooms are very dark curtains. Don’t block out direct sunlight. Feels a bit musty and old.

The location is very close to everything. The building is beautiful, the rooms spacious and the beds super comfortable. The bathroom in our room was large. The staff could be a little better, they did not seem too friendly.

Stay here! It was the best hotel we have stayed in years! Great location. Excellent breakfast spread with indoor or outdoor seating options. Afternoon drink bar and snacks was a nice touch to relax after a busy day. The hotel has been updated without compromising character. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious..bed comfy, lighting to create ambiance, plenty of storage space. The bath area, updated perfection. Everyone working here were polite and super helpful. If they recommend a restaurant listen to them! :)

Great property and beautiful room. We had a 2 bedroom suite that was clean, comfortable and cool. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location was close enough to everything but far enough from it being loud at night and early morning. Would definitely stay here again.
