Great location. Friendly staff 24 hour reception. The only thing that would make it better is being able to walk across to the track instead of having to drive around to the back side

The room and bathroom is very spacious and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Parking was sufficient and had a wet entry available when it was raining. We will definitely come back and stay at Alpha Hotel - Eastern Creek when another opportunity comes up.

I have stayed here in the past and found that the room was clean along with the dining/breakfast area. Breakfast was good and not crowded with enough food. The Vittoria coffee is crap but that was the only thing that I didn't like but no big deal. Parking is easy and free. I will stay there again.

Nice clean room only down fall there is only 1 pillow each for a queen bed dont get me wrong they are super comfy but two per person is definitely needed i had to fold mine over. Free parking which is great especially for sydney would stay again but would definitely take an extra pillow

This hotel is probably one of my favourites to visit. Everything is just easy from check-in to parking to communicating with staff. Parking is not undercover but thats no issue. The hotel always smells super clean wherever you are. Best blackout curtains and comfortable beds. Been visiting this hotel for about 3 plus years now and its nice to see the same staff members, there is an icon that works down in the bar and restaurant honestly all round top guy.
