Great property in a convenient walkable location , rooms are nice, staff was driensly

We loved our stay. We had an ocean view room. So glad we upgraded to this room. It was so fun to watch the people on the boardwalk and the beautiful sunsets. All employees were very kind and helpful.

There were multiple serious accessibility and safety failures in an ADA-accessible bathroom. The condition of the room created an unforeseeable risk of injury to a disabled guest and rendered the bathing area unsafe and difficult to use. The shower curtain could not secure properly because the side-wall ADA grab bar extended too far, preventing the curtain from closing as intended. This caused substantial water to pool on the bathroom floor, creating a slip hazard and nearly causing a fall. The soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers were placed behind the user rather than in front while facing the faucet, making them difficult to reach and use from the accessible bathing position. The bathtub also contained an old manually fastened type seat instead of a wall-mounted folding seat. The seat was very heavy and had to be removed so the shower curtain could be placed between the inside of the tub wall and the seat to prevent water from escaping. This arrangement was impractical, burdensome, and further evidence that the room was not properly configured for accessible use. Taken together, these conditions reflect a failure to provide a safe, usable, and properly configured accessible bathing area. The hotel was obligated to provide an accessible room that was functional in practice, not merely labeled accessible.

I booked this room for my daughter and a couple friends for one night before they went to their next destination. Their flight got delayed, they got in super late. The first text I got was "the ladies at this hotel are SO AWESOME". After a tough day, it was so nice to hear that the hotel staff was so wonderful to this weary group. Beyond helping them get checked in quickly, they brought them up water and ice. They gave them a late checkout, stored their bags and were just super kind. Thanks for taking such good care of my girls!

We always have the best time and you can’t beat the location for surfing, boogie boarding, and going back and forth between the pool, beach, and hot tub.

Perfect stay here. Right on beach, updated property, professional and attentive staff and great amenities. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a perfect beach vacation!
