Dobrý Upon arrival, the security guard refused to provide me with the information I requested to register. He rudely reiterated that he was with security. Later, in the parking lot, my car was broken into and personal items such as sunglasses were stolen. I reported it to management, but the staff did not assist me.

Podprůměrné The hallways have signs saying that there are plans for renovations. They were horrible.
The bathroom was updated but floors were not replaced. The ceiling had stains.
The breakfast was not good
Toast, cereal, or egg sandwich
The only fruit was Granny Smith apples
No bananas, bagels, muffins, danish

Dobrý It is a clean, mid-range hotel with good service, though the beds are extremely uncomfortable and the breakfast is poor—consisting only of toast, sandwiches, and cereal. The dining area is cramped, but the location is close to the waterfalls and many activities, so you won't need a car.

Fantastické Staff was very welcoming and friendly. If you’re looking for a place to just sleep , I would Definitely choose this place for the price. apparently the places in under construction can’t wait to see what it looks like after. Tiffany gift shop was perfect and you get a 10% discount First staying there a couple that works. There are simply amazingly sweet . the Barrymore restaurant is simply delicious and staff are awesome . If you were looking for morning breakfast, this place is definitely not it. I give them a 4 star .
Very close to the strip, walking distance to everything. My room view made up for a lot. You can see the Ferris wheel and skylon

Dobrý The room is okay because you’re only going to sleep and you spent your time most outside.
Breakfast is but so much available to choose from. Overall it’s okay.

Dobrý OK so, pros and cons.
Pros: the rooms were very clean, the staff were nice and helpful and the coffee in the morning was good. Parking is free and the hotel is close to the falls and the tourist areas. The kids enjoyed the pool.
Cons: the hallways were disgusting. The carpets were filthy and tearing up and looked rotten in places. The ice machine was dingy and looked like it might have mold. The elevators are directly inside the parking lot door so if you are trying to get inside to check in with all your luggage and others are waiting on the elevators, it bottlenecks and you can't move. The breakfast in the morning is paltry. The options are toast, cereal and/or ONE egg and sausage on an english muffin. That's it. The whole building needs a massive update. It's expensive for what it is.

Podprůměrné I wanted to like this places so much because of the pictures but it’s not what it seems. Our room was so dirty and had a horrible smell. When we went to ask for help the front person who was sweet but only gave us a spray bottle to mask the smell. I would never stay here again but I know they’re going through renovations and wish them the best. But they really need to keep up with the cleaning.
