Clean rooms and helpful staff. The parking lot had 2 EV charging stations, which is a plus, but very slow chargers. Enjoyed the stay overall however breakfast was not great. The pancake machine wasn't working and neither was the juice machine. Very limited options for food.

The location was right -- just needed an overnight stay near the hospital where my husband was having a procedure the next morning. It was fine. There is a nice Italian restaurant, not too expensive, about a 10 minute walk away (Cipollini). Many of the other nearby restaurants were very fancy and expensive.

Updates have been made since they made it a best western yet the rooms felt very humid. Still a good and more affordable option. We stayed here one night because the nearby place we usually stay at was booked on a last minute trip. Staff is great, everything is clean but rooms are tiny and double beds seem smaller than normal. We skipped breakfast so no opinion on that. Not even one complimentary water bottle in the room and I need to take medication at night and in the morning.
Would stay again if the Hilton or Vanderbilt nearby are already booked again but it’s so small and tight in the room that it felt claustrophobic.

The pool that was shown on the booking website didn’t have any water in it and there was bugs eating me up in the bed
