We had the most amazing time. The staff at andrea were absolutely wonderful. Eric and Jorge were the best. Lupita did the most amazing massage. We can’t wait to go back.

Lovely resort, away from the craziness that can be PVR! Beautiful suite, next time I’d book something smaller just for me. Several options for dining, however I found the buffet and room service food disappointing - the service was impeccable always. The more formal option dining room “Andrea” did provide beautiful options all day and interesting theme nights. I can still taste a pasta dish with lamb on Sicilian Night!!

All around amazing eesort. Great service, great food options, room service, bar service, view, cleanliness, shows, food...all on par. Childcare was fantastic. Highly recommend this resort and we will be visiting again.

This place was extremely clean, staff was laid back and so friendly, my small kids (5,6, &8) had a blast at the kids club which was very small and low key, but attentive and so fun for them. My favorite thing about this place is that everything is actually included.. no hidden fees. Good drinks. No surprises. Excellent food, excellent service. Our servers, Cristina and Edwin, as well as the management in the restaurant (Ribera) were so awesome. If you’re looking for a club/party atmosphere.. this is not it. But a relaxing family friendly vacation, YES!
