Dobrý

Samostatný pobyt

I stay here often and typically have good experiences. The past trip though was substandard with a musty smell in the bathroom (time to swap out the shower curtain), poor to unusable internet, and after I checked out they billed restaurant charges to my card for the person in the room after me. I found it strange that they could bill to my card for room charges after I checked out. A call nearly remedied the situation. I say ‘nearly’ since they did credit my account but a typo in the credit left me in the red still. So, I will treat all of this as a one-time poor experience but will hopefully see a return to the better experiences I had previously.

Staff members were very friendly and helpful. We were concerned about parking in the way back parking lot, but had absolutely no problems. We would consider coming to Four Points again.

Pobyt s přáteli

Having worked in the travel industry, I found Four Points to be clearly designed for quiet and privacy; I’m impressed, and I said so to my fellow travelers. There were difficulties with our check-in because of computer problems, and our rooms were switched with our traveling companions. This was truly not a problem for us, but was a little bit disconcerting.

The property was convenient, clean and easily accessible. We enjoyed the indoor pool with our grandchildren. Thanks very much!
