5 star all the way! Staff spoke English and we're very helpful. . We were treated like valued guests and the concierge employees went above and beyond, treating us like vip guests.

It was excellent

Great service. Building a little on the older side but well maintained. We had a 1 bedroom for 2 adults and 2 kids. Small gym. Laundry machine in the building is a bonus. 8 min walk to Olympic station and shuttle bus is helpful. Grocery store and McDonald’s across the street. Many local food options near by. Taxi stand outside the building

Location is good. Room air conditioner is not working good. Room space is limited.

Old and dated tiny rooms, worn furnishings and stained carpets. Smells overwhelmingly of mold and mildew. Breakfast is dismal.

Price was reasonable for Hong Kong. Convenient location. Shuttle to local area.

The hotel does the job of being enjoyable and clean. The main entrance isn't as big as in the photo, the stay was good

excellent

Location is not close to MTR, about 10-13 minutes walk. They do have shuttle bus but only run until 6pm leaving from hotel starting from 10:00 am on hourly intervals. Room is very small but clean. You can put your suitcase by the window, fit 2 suitcases. They have water dispensers and you can refill water at lobby and some guest floors. Staff are polite and helpful, Wei 偉，who works at the lobby was extremely helpful, he helps us arrange transportation, load and unload luggage with other staff members. In general everyone at the lobby are very attentive and helpful. Hotel breakfast has good selection. Very good value hotel. One thing to complain is the elevator is very slow.

Good
