Amazing hotel, staff make the whole experience, bar is great. Reception and concierge team are excellent, in particular Lauren who made check in a breeze. Gym and pool are excellent for a New York hotel.

Amazing everything from rooms to service to amenities!

Breakfast is OK. The hotel gives you a certain amount of credit.

Great location beautiful view from our room. Great fitness and pool. Great restaurant with beautiful view

This hotel exceeded all my expectations, from the staff, to the room, and the restaurant. They were extremely dog friendly, and we felt right at home. The room was gorgeous and stacked. The food was amazing and the service was impeccable. The only downside is the gym was a bit small and crowded. It’s in a great location, and I felt very safe. Often walked alone at night with my dog.

This property is beautiful, and the room was thoughtfully designed with everything needed for a comfortable, luxurious stay. The valet and doorman were exceptionally kind and helpful, and it’s truly a dog-friendly hotel. The location is excellent, very safe and just minutes from Central Park in Columbus Circle, with everything you need within walking distance. The restaurant likely offers one of the best views in the area, and the food was outstanding. Service, however, was a bit slow, with longer wait times even for simple requests like water. That said, the staff remained warm and friendly throughout. I would highly recommend making a reservation at the restaurant. The gym was small and often quite busy.

Great location and amazing service

Alan was amazing! Dream (front desk) gave me the worst room she could find.

This is one of the nicest NYC hotels we have stayed in. The room and view was spectacular, the staff was professional, kind, and warm, and the location is among the best in the city.

The best hotel I've ever been to hands down. The location is extraordinary at Columbus Circle, you can get to anywhere in New York with the metro station a few steps aways. Whole Foods and Target are right there as well as coffee shops and stores. The staff and service is phenomenal, rooms are clean and wonderful, the views of NY from the room are gorgeous. We went for our honeymoon and we couldn't be happier. Seeing my wife with a smile on her face the whole trip because of how pampered she felt was so worth it. Service from the valets, the concierges, bell boys, cleaning staff, etc is superb. We made the right choice as all of this made this trip feel magical.
