The room was relatively clean. The staff members especially the guy at the reception were friendly and helpful . The breakfast was just ok.

Overall, good hotel and I’d stay here again provided I don’t experience what I experienced this time. The water was fine for two days then it went scolding hot. I could not get it cooler which made showing nearly impossible. My travel colleagues had the same experience in their rooms. I told the front desk but they acted like everything was normal and didn’t do anything to help. It remained HOT. The AC also started acting up in my room. I’ve stayed here before and hope this is not a sign that this hotel is starting to not keep its maintenance up. That would be a shame because it is a nice spot that is relatively quiet compared to much of Istanbul.

All the staff were excellent and helpful. They gave me good advice of where to shop and how to get about in Istanbul. The whole building was very clean and tidy. My cleaning lady was excellent and always happy even though neither of us could speak each other’s language. If I was to go to Istanbul again, I would stay again at Holiday Inn.

Everything was good. Clean and cozy. However, during check in power went out, breakfast could have been a bit better and checkout could have been better. Checkout we had to wait to call someone

Coutteous staff, clean room, location was very good right in front of the Tram. Reception and parking facility were good too. It was a lottle pricy without breakfast but would stay again.
