The location is the high point of Theo hotel. Couldn’t be better. The hotel is mostly for Business Travellers but with this location, I don’t care.

This property is centrally located, with stunning views of the Sydney harbor (get a room with a view…totally worth it). Access to public transportation is just outside the door and it is walking distance to the harbor, operah house and more.

Fantastic location overlooking Sydney harbour. Five minute walk to tram stops, ferries, shops and restaurants. Rooms immaculately clean, beds VERY comfortable, staff are so friendly and helpful. We stayed for 6 nights in June ‘26 and would highly recommend. Oh and do splurge on the breakfast buffet at least once during your stay, the choice, quality and quantity is amazing!

One of the best stays we have had at any hotel. We booked the Studio Suite and had a view of the Opera House. The room was very spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. All staff on property were extremely helpful and the lobby decor, smell, and cleanliness gave a feeling of excellence as soon as we entered the lobby. The fitness center was quite nice with a range of cardio and weight equipment. Location is perfect. Turndown service was great. Would love to stay here again!

Hospitality of staff is just amazing. They do their best to make your stay pleasurable and even try to preempt your needs! Had a wonderful time. Breakfast though can be better.

Our stay was outstanding. The room was clean, well decorated and had the most amazing, comfortable bed. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Facilities were wonderful and we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is in the best location for exploring the city and harbour precincts.
