The poll was very cold and so was the hot tub/jacuzzi.

Great location - next to the Ontario airport but would be better once the road construction is finished

The Lobby was really nice and clean . Very inviting . Nice Clean room! Beds were comfy. The couch was also very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. The blackout curtains were perfect! The AC made the room very chill and comfortable. The water pressure was on point! Very good! Nice clean towels! They Supply Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap and Blow dryer! Iron and Ironing board. Great Staff! I actually made special requests for my room and they fulfilled it! That is an A+ for me! I asked for a late checkout in the morning and they had no problem with it! Very enthusiastic yes! Amazing Breakfast buffet! I had potatoes, scrambled eggs, and sausage patties. it was really good! They also had cereals and Waffles! A variety of choices. I love the pitcher of lemon water in the lobby. That was a nice touch! It was really refreshing! All in all this Hotel is Very nice and clean! A lot of amenities! I will be staying there again when I am in town! I felt very Comfortable and Safe here. I give it 4.5 Stars! Thank you for your Hospitality and making my stay great!

They need to provide better bath gel and also pillows

The hotel is all dark from inside, We stayed one night, we arrived earlier like noon time and they wanted to charge us $50 or 75 for early check in. I never heard of that The room smells, not sure if the carpet itself or something else The staff are ok but not welcoming The breakfast area was tight and not appealing I’ll look for another hotel if I stay there in the future

The employees that I interacted with were kind and helpful. My beef with the property is that they do not maintain the rooms appropriately. They clean them, but they don't maintain them. The exhaust fan and shower diverter were both broken in our room for a 1-night stay. No point in trying to tell staff because I don't want to move to another room. So, I write a 3-star review days later. Meh.

We were extremely disappointed in the quality of the property, the room, the helpfulness and knowledge of the staff, since we paid $200 for one night. We expected a lovely lobby, nice room rooms with everything and working order and clean. We could not have been more surprised at the quality of the hotel and the room. The front desk worker seemed fairly knowledgeable, and it took him nearly 20 minutes to check me in and he acted as if he wasn’t sure what was he was doing. The first thing I noticed upon entering our room was a huge red stain on the carpet in the entrance of our room. The room was extremely small even though it was called a king suite and had a funny smell to it. The toilet handle was cracked, and the lid of the toilet slid off every time we flushed the toilet. We had to call the front desk several times for someone to finally answer. When I asked for blankets to be bought up for the hide a bed they said they couldn’t bring them up and we had to go to the front desk to get them. The walls are extremely thin and we could hear everything from our neighboring rooms. This was all extremely disappointing because we had just stayed in an absolutely gorgeous, upscale hotel the night before where we paid nearly the same price per night. If I had paid $100 per night, I would have expected this but not for $200 a night.
