The staff is unbelievably friendly and hospitable. Every interaction was pleasant. They were extremely accommodating! Found an adapter for the outlet for us to use to charge our phones and met every request with a smile. Treated us like family. Property is well maintained, they were painting while we were there. Housekeeping was extremely warm and friendly. Great experience overall.

Rooms were clean, staff normally helpful. The hotel is dated but large rooms & everything you need. Breakfast was basic but good. In all it was great value for the price.

The staff were helpful, love the more traditional Balinese feel. I've restaurant was below poor as well as the banquet. Prefer you not offer an banquet service. Obviously not a focus of the establishment.

I had a wonderful 4 day stay here. The pool was beautiful and refreshing. It’s right by the lively beach. People and the staff were so friendly. The massage is amazing!!

Lovey grounds. Included Breakfast was good Nice room overlooking the pool and HUGE. Well big enough for 3 Adults sharing. Very friendly staff and lovely pool area. Right on the beach

Great stay at Puri Saron. Staff are super friendly and always say hello when you walk past. Room was spacious with a balcony. The swim up bar and pool were fantastic and play great music. And if you want to head to the beach just walk across the road - the location is fantastic. Great food options and shops around and very central location for all the activities you’re planning. ies you might have for The only issues we had were the water pressure in the shower was not good and the wifi wasn’t reliable.

Beautiful gardens. Pool is nice, good pool bar. My room smelt a little of sewage but the kind staff quickly upgraded me to a beautiful bungalow room for the rest of my stay. Would stay in a bungalow again. Great spot along the beachfront.
