Proximity to Zion is great. Clean and quiet. Breakfast is just ok. There are 2 buildings. One has no elevator fyi. Only 2 stories but something to note. Convenient access to frees buses to Zion.

Ein tolles Hotel in perfekter Lage für einen Besuch des Zion National Parks. Die moderne Einrichtung, das schöne Ambiente und der traumhafte Blick auf die Felsen haben uns begeistert. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

It was a ice stay . Breakfast was excellent. One of the best. 6 to 10 was was good. Beds were comfortable. Ice big t.v. staff was friendly. Place was clean.

Excellent hotel, bed, linens, and towels. Just a 5 min drive to Zion National Park or you can catch the bus into the park just out front. Upon check in they had the cutest red radio flyer wagon filled with complimentary gifts such as yo-yos, coloring books, etc for the kids to select one (which was nice as I checked in) My only ding in ratings was that the back building has two floors and no operational elevator. Upon arriving at 9pm with two little kids and my husband who cannot lift anything post eye surgery, it was a PIA to lift all luggage and cooler up the stairs and again the next morning at the crack of dawn. Wish they would have put us on the bottom floor or let me know in advance or offered assistance with baggage. It was too far and too late in the evening after a long road trip to go back to the front desk and ask with my small kids. Breakfast bar was excellent: soft tortillas, boiled eggs, bagels, waffles, fresh fruit, and strong coffee. Thanks for a lovely stay, minus no elevator. I asked upon check out and they said they are working to install one.

The water has slim . I got a cup of coffee and there was a little slim .. idk what it was it was gross . It made sense that also when I was showering it felt like I couldn’t remove the soap off my body . it was obvious there was something wrong with the pluming . It was great place just the water grossed me out .

Gorgeous location AND facility! If we ever have the opportunity to come back and visit Zion we will absolutely be staying here again.
