We loved the view of Mt Fuji but the male staff were rude and very dismissive. The gentleman I had interaction with was not Japanese and he spoke so rudely to me that I had to walk away in tears and he just laughed. The last 2 days were very uncomfortable and the men would walk away every time I came into view. The female staff were very nice and welcoming. The rooms were clean but the beds were so uncomfortable and old twin beds. Both my husband and I hated it and would never recommend this hotel.

The facility is a little dated and distant from public transportation. You will need to utilize either a taxi or the provided shuttle to Kawaguchiko station. Otherwise, every single room has a stunning view of Mt. Fuji, the public bath is nice enough, the breakfast is pretty good, and the staff were helpful with English-speaking guests.
There is a large Manga collection in the lounge as well as a gift-shop. The view of Mt. Fuji is good enough that you can get all your pictures and videos from your bed 😁.

The facilities were clean and well-maintained. Great view of Mt. Fuji. Decent breakfast buffet options like curry rice, potato salad, some continental options like scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon.
A specific male front desk staff was rude and lacked customer service acumen. The rest of the staff at breakfast and cleaning the room were all very polite and kind.
Do also note that they do not assist to store luggage without paying an extra fee.

That staff very nice, but the hotel was rundown, and the beds are traditional than usual hotel mattresses but felt very hard personally ! The hotel does have a great view of Mount Fuji, especially on a clear day!

Our room was very spacious, and needless to say, the view from the room was spectacular. There is no outdoor onsen, but you can go outside to the terrace and cool down directly from the public bath. Breakfast wasn't super fancy, but typical Japanese breakfast buffet, and everything tasted good. There is an Izakaya super close to the hotel, which was very cheap with generous portion.

The two East Indians staff were very rude towards me and my partner. They seemed to change their attitude towards us when they seen my partner having a tattoo on his hand. There was a few papers in our rooms saying we can get room service but when we asked they told us no, They weren’t helpful at all. The room was not the best, the water pressure was terrible. But besides that the view is beautiful and the other staff were very friendly and welcoming towards us. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all though
