Fresh breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. All Good. Highly recommended!

Great hotel, and staff is friendly (could smile more) and helpful. Their breakfast could be a bit like the Toyoko-Inn in Odawara. Rooms are very clean and spacious! LOVE IT! Yashio is a nice town. It has TWO supermarkets within walking distance. LOTS of restaurants! I would definitely stay again at this hotel in Yashio! The kitchen/breakfast staff is amazing! They are so friendly, and they work so hard from 5am-9am to make sure breakfast is ready for the guests! Like every Toyoko-Inn. Free breakfast and free coffee until midnight every day! JUST ONE THING TO REMEMBER: You HAVE to take the Tsukuba Express train, which costs 320 yen for an adult, from the Kita-Senju station, which you can use your JR pass to get to, to the Yashio Station. The Tsukuba Express train does NOT take the JR pass, as it is privately operated! No big deal. Take the JR Joban Line to Kita-Senju Station. Then buy your ticket(s) for the Tsukuba Express train to the hotel. Get out of the central exit/entrance once you have reached the Yashio Statopn/stop (TX08). Look up to the sky! You will see Toyoko-Inn's big sign on the building. Two minutes walk there! Go behind the 7-11 store! To get back to central Tokyo. Use the Tsukuba Express train toward Ikahibara Station, but get off at the Kita-Senju Station/stop. Then transfer to the JR Joban line. If you take the Tsukuba Express train to Ikahibara, it will cost you a FORTUNE! You can also take H metro line, if you don't mind 22 stops!

Daughter and I couldn't eat any of the breakfast, staff didn't do much as checking in and out were automated, they didn't even check ID, or the tag they gave us, before untying our luggage they were supposed to be watching.

Tight parking but near a great shopping area and train station!

Excellent hotel no complaints really for anything except the only thing that gets to a four star it’s the breakfast now my type of thing and everything is labeled in Japanese. I think there should be a label as well in English to know what you’re eating some of the food is not great for breakfast. Of course the combini is just next-door right outside the hotel besides this I have no complaints about it. Well actually there should be more than just one pillow per bed at least two or three for single bed.
