I am impressed by this hotel for its location and servicez. First, it is less than a 10 minute walk to the National Park entrance, there is a small convenience store just downstairs as well as a McDonald’s and several other restaurants in the same complex. The included buffet breakfast was incredible and labeled for allergies and dietary preferences in Chinese and English. To be honest that’s the first time I’ve encountered this in more than a decade of traveling China and as a 30-year vegan I was blown away. Better than most 4-star hotels in this regard. Absolutely recommended.

Fantastické May was very pleasant and got everything ready
when we checked in and informed us all the relevant information. This was the fastest check in I have ever experienced. The breakfast tickets were arranged in a special back to back way and it was very easy to pick them out for daily use, and by the time we got in the room the fruits were delivered right after. All in all it indicated the staff paid attention to all the details and made an efforts for a pleasant stay. The free laundry was a plus and easy to use.
The location of the hotel is great, close to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou park, the bus terminal and a number of restaurants.

Skvělý The hotel is conveniently located. It is less 10 minutes walk to the entrance. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. But property is little dated.

Podprůměrné Did not managed to go as the flight was cancelled by the airline and both Expedia and myself had called the hotel multiple times and despite the hotel staff telling me they will look into refunding, it never happened and Expedia was never able to get a response from them either.

Travelled in Jiuzhaigou at the end of October, 2025 and picked this hotel for accommodation. The location of the hotel is great as it is nearby the entrance of the Jiuzhaigou park. It is convenient as McDonlad's is on the ground floor of the hotel and it is also close to a number of restaurants. Check-in and check-out process was fast and easy. Staff service is great. Breakfast is delicious but the size of the restaurant is small. The room is comfortable and clean. Our room faces the street so it is getting noisy starting early in the morning. The safe didn't work when we moved in. Technician came to fix it once the problem was reported. Based on the day we booked the hotel room, it is of good value.

Breakfast was ok, not much seating room. The room was facing the main street so we had a fair amount of noise. We noticed the shower had what appeared to be black mold in some areas. The staff was friendly. Not sure how this compares to other hotels in tbe area. It was nice to be so close to the park entrance.
