Friendly staff, very helpful front-desk team, and an excellent breakfast. Multiple electric car and bike charging ports with easy access to local and regional trains, as well as bike paths. Plenty of parking, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. Perfect for a short stay in Leipzig or as a stopover point. Family friendly, but also good for solo and business trips with multiple meeting rooms available. Special thanks to the manager (whose name I unfortunately forgot to get) for her help in resolving an important special request.

A short 2 night stay, the room was very spacious with 2 large single beds, tea/coffee making facilities and mini fridge. The buffet breakfast was very nice plenty of choice with hot and cold options. The restaurant meals were very nice, very tasty and well cooked and not overpriced. There was a small supermarket nearby but other than this there wasn’t a lot of other shops, cafes or restaurants nearby

Hard to understand how this could be a Best Western property. The hotel and room smelled bad due to moisture and the fact that there was no AC in the room or the lobby area. It was hot and pretty much unbearable. There were also no ice machines and no fridge in the room.

Schlechte Internetqualität im Hotel. Laut Hotels.com gibt es Wäschemöglichkeiten, nach dem Check-in gibt es tatsächlich keine Wäschemöglichkeiten. Die Bahngleise neben dem Hotel sind etwas laut und man kann kaum einschlafen

The hotel was secluded (quiet), had ample parking, and was very nice inside. The room that we obtained was very spacious and clean. The minibar has a lot of refreshments and variety. The breakfast buffet was plentiful in a nice dining area.

Staff is super friendly and nice, but hotel is located in a very industrial area far of everything, despite Leipzig is a small city. The lobby and restaurant area looks good, and breakfast as well but... at least my room is pretty old looking and smells terrible
