Absolutely loved the location and the view, it was easy access to and from.

Very close to bus terminal. Grocery shops not too far away. In suite laundry was nice to have. Basic kitchen supplies but limited cutlery. Suite faced major street so somewhat noisy.

Rooms were lovely. Very spacious. Beds were especially comfortable and warm. Best pillows ever! Walking distance to whatever you need. A small convenience store right downstairs and a Subway. 1 block away from Dennys. Just behind the Sky Tower so if you book the hop on hop off bus, it picks you up right there. So convenient. A few maintenance issues in our room which I notified front desk about, but as were were there for the Easter long weekend, nothing was fixed. Toilet would not flush on half and was nearly unusable on full. Had to push so hard and hold it in to make it work. Light in shower not working, front door didn't close when you left, you had to pull it shut, all of these things should have been flagged by the cleaners, and addressed before anyone used the room. Didn't detract in any way from our stay. Still loved the place and would stay there again. Just be ready for a lot of traffic noise and noise from the casino area, but again would not stop us staying there. Really well placed spot, easy to come and go out of hours and we left at 3.45am so key drop easy in the foyer. Thanks to the lovely staff at the front desk, we had a really enjoyable stay.

It was a pleasant three star. Don't expect your beds to be made and there is no house cleaning on a Sunday.

Property was in a great location. Bed was average with a big ridge down the middle where two singles are pushed together. Wasn't ideal that the room next door was playing loud music and partying until 6.30am on Saturday night. Staff were friendly and room was clean.

Not a great part of the city to stay in, especially at night. Room was spacious and clean. However had a damp smell and clearly something leaking as a towel was on carpet and damp. when I queried this with reception was told it was housekeeping, but no one followed up or resolved the issue.

Executive apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Conveniently located near the Convention Centre and above a small supermarket with plenty of restaurants in walking distance.

Reception hours are not correctly stated on Expedia. Work needs to be done to this hotel, as it is very dated, with damaged amenities and strong smells of mould
