Personalet var venligt og klar til at hjælpe. Morgenmaden var dog ikke særlig meget værd.

God beliggenhed, rent værelse. Dog meget slidt værelse og vinduet kunne ikke lukkes ordentligt, så der var meget koldt. Vi havde bestilt et dobbeltværelse men der var kun en 1,5 mands seng med fælles dyne. Vi klagede over at der på billedet var vist 2 senge, men dette afviste de i receptionen. Mod en ekstra betaling på 800kr fik vi et andet værelse med 2 senge. Morgenmaden var bare en kurv med noget brød, yoghurt og en juicebrik som blev leveret til værelse. Dette er ikke beskrevet ved bookingen. Bagage opbevaring var bare at kufferten skulle stå i gangen uden opsyn. Næste gang vælger vi et andet hotel.

Great location and very friendly staff

Hôtel proche de la station idéalement situé pour visiter Londres. Notre chambre était propre, assez vétuste au 3ème étage sans ascenseur avec un escalier étroit et raide et vue sur un joli parc. Le bruit du metro ne nous a pas trop dérangé. Nous etions 4 dans une petite chambre mais cela a convenu car nous n'y restions que pour dormir. Le petit déjeuner est servi en chambre : pas de boisson chaude, assez simple avec des yaourts, croissants, gâteaux et jus. Pour conclure nous avons passé un bon séjour, la literie était très bien et le personnel très gentil.

A localização é excelente, mas o quarto é extremamente diferente das fotos, o café da manhã é um lanchinho e tivemos pouca interação com a equipe mas quando chegamos ficamos 5 minutos esperando abrirem a porta!

Breakfast goodies were delivered to our very tiny room by wonderful staff. The entire neighborhood shakes and makes a terribly loud noise from the subway underneath , from early morning until midnight. The staff do everything possible to make the stay pleasant , but we would not go back. It would be great for one person who sleeps through noise.

Poor breakfast, room to small, no elevator. Staff fantastic, we arrived early and they let us in 2 hours early, thank you for that. Everything is close train, bus, stores, restaurants; perfect for that.

Tony's House was exactly as advertised. We weren't looking for extravagant and you won't find that here. But it was clean and had all the essentials we needed. It was steps from Paddington Station and the pick up for the hop-on, hop-off buses was just a few doors down. Lots of good restaurants to choose from, all withing walking distance. The hotel itself was charming and old. But that is exactly what we were looking for. No elevator so pack light, but even with four adults and five suitcases, we did just fine in room 16. Breakfast was mostly breads but it was enough to get is on our way. We needed a safe, clean place to rest our heads, convenient to public transportation, and a reasonable price. Tony's House Hotel provided all of that. We would definitely stay here again.
