Expensive for the size of the rooms WITH a bathroom. Bed could be upgraded and matching towels would be a nice touch.

Very central but very loud location. Very poorly maintained, Holes in walls, curtains. Smelled awful everywhere, especially urine in the entry stairwell. Staff were great and helpful.

You get what you pay for, you have to have quite the resilience to enjoy your stay. Great Location tho!

I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. While the bed was made and organized, the room itself was not properly cleaned. The floor was very dirty, which made the room feel unclean. I even asked the person at the reception for a broom and dustpan so I could clean the room myself, but he just looked at me and did not assist. Unfortunately, we didn’t have much choice but to stay because we had just returned from Quebec City, and our flight was scheduled very early the next morning at 4:30 a.m. We were only at the hotel for about 8 hours. We had dinner outside and didn’t use any of the hotel amenities, except for the complimentary water. Given the condition of the room and our very short stay, I would appreciate being considered for a refund. If necessary, I am willing to communicate with Expedia to help resolve this matter. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Staff were as helpful as they could be under the circumstances. Room needed cleaning when we arrived—blood on sheets, food on the floor. Air conditioning barely worked in hot weather. Never got kitchen utensils for 2 in our room apparently furnished for 1.
