The room was clean, and the staff were kind. The location was convenient and safe. The one downside was that there were few lights in the room so it was pretty dark at night.

The hotel is in a central location on the same block as bus transportation. The hotel also provided a Luzern visitor card, which included free local public transportation.
Breakfast provided a good start for the day. The room was clean. It was also quiet at night, even though we had a balcony looking out onto the street. The street was busy during the day but became quiet at night.

The room was clean, and the breakfast was good. However, I had a few issues with my stay. There was essentially no hot water in the morning, so my first shower was completely cold. The room also didn’t have enough power outlets, which made charging devices inconvenient. Only two towels were provided, and we had to request additional ones. The front desk employee who checked us in was not very friendly or welcoming. Overall, the room itself was fine, but these issues took away from the experience.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel has a reasonable breakfast offering which was included with our stay. The room was fine, but some of the lobby areas of the hotel could do with an update. However, this is a fantastic location for exploring Lucerne and we had a beautiful view from our room.

The location is perfect, close to the lion monument, Chapel Bridge and the other main attractions. Breakfast was good.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. Close to many attractions and shopping mall/area. Good amenities and decent sized room. Overall a good value for money!

Great location in the old town. Room was clean and had a large balcony with view of town. No balcony furniture. Good stay for the cost. Front desk attendant upon arrival was not very friendly, however the attendant leaving was. Room was clean with basic amenities. Ice machine and coffee/tea available in lobby which was nice to have. Breakfast area was within a separate attached building and seemed nice although we didn’t utilize it. Building lobby/halls seemed run down. Fire alarm went off at night and had to be evacuated luckily it was not a fire and returned to our rooms.

The front desk was very helpful, they allowed us to drop the luggage due to earlier arrival and sent them to my room before we checked in. They have a Terrance as a shared area and we were able to eat there and had hot water. Very convenient location.
