Fantastické Nice and friendly staff. Everyone was polite and helpful. They resolved the issues I approached them about. It was an unexpected surprise when they offered a lunch box on ny last day because I was leaving before breakfast

Did not provide room in spite of confirmed booking and prepaid. We were stranded and they would only say we are over booked.

Skvělý Over all a pleasant experience and location is good.
Breakfast is pretty good. Some of the Staff are very helpful and especially Niyaz and Aidana were great. But general manager not very helpful and he failed to understand basic courstsy in hospitality.
A negative aspect is the gym. There is not much equipment. They need to provide at least minimal equipment to call it a gym! At the moment I would say they don’t have a gym!
