Excellent location for all the tourists attractions! Everything is waking distance! There's a big mall next to it and plenty of smaller shops, pharmacies, restaurants and bars! Totally recommended. Includes breakfast with plenty of options like cheese, ham, jams, breads, eggs, sausage and also lots of fruit and natural juices! Rooma are kept very clean and in good shape. Friendly staff they take care of your requests.

The staff is exceptional. The management should give the staff lots of credit. Good breakfest. Great location. Certainly renovations are needed on the rooms. But otherwise a great stay.

Initial room, air conditioning was not working. Fridge was not working Staff were very good and transferred us to a different room.

Hotel is nice. They turn off the air conditioning off in the night which is a very stupid idea and terrible service: won’t be back because of that

Our stay was in early March. Initially we were assigned to a unit on the 4th floor. It became unbearably hot in the afternoon. I had to request for another room and moved to a room on the first floor. I still could not adjust the temperature because the air conditioning is a central system. I will never book this hotel during summer season.

Great location at the heart of the city of Buenos Aires. It's close to everything. Front Desk Staffs were very helpful and accommodating. They courteously responded to our queries and willingly extended a helping hand whenever we need one. The rooms are clean but outdated and need some improvement or upgrade. The room's ventilation/air conditioning system was old & inadequate making us uncomfortable and sweaty.

Reception lady went out of her way to assist. She, i think her name was Vana...but not sure., .. was extra nice. Breakfast was sufficient. The property is old. Very noisy. Tough to sleep at nite. May need ear plugs.

The staff were nice and helpful but the hotel had dated quite a lot in the 3 months we had booked. It isn't in the best area but close enough to major attractions using a taxi. The worst thing was the temperature. The rooms are exceptionally hot, despite requesting the temperature be turned down every night. The staff informed us that rooms do not have individual climate control. It was convenient to have breakfast there every day but some of the food was quite stale
