There are Pro and Con for budget accommodation.
PRI staff performance is "Excellent"
CON Frequent power failure that may interrupt internet service / room lickset need to improved as i found it difficult to closed / the vicinity pitch dark after 7pm not suitable for ladies or couple please look elsewhere safer / only one eatery but have to walk at least 500 meters.

A budgeted hostel. Room is spacious and the condition toilet is acceptable with the paid rate. Location not bad. May think of come back it.

Dobrý Hotel is in good location near to Medan mall. Very basic but affordable. There is no lift and our room was on level 5! Fortunately we didn’t have much luggage. Staff was helpful

Dobrý The stay was basic. The room’s clean and well-prepared. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My complaints are: the AC is not working very well hence we felt uncomfortable in the room in most times; not enough sockets in the room (one socket was behind the TV and it was pretty difficult to use); there was a water outage but handled by the staff quickly; and the lift was being built at that time. Other than that, the location’s great and the hotel’s minimalistic design is a favorite.

Skvělý Good budget hotel. Clean, cozy, and near to town.
The downside for me are
1) No lift for 3 levels of hotel
2) Water for bath smells like corroded metal

Positives: communal sitting area where you can grab a beer, coffee or food; friendly staff; air conditioning.
Negatives: our door didn't lock; room smelled like cigarette smoke; elevator was out of order;

Friendly staff and they gave us many assistance in the tour such as clearly information and directory. They will recommend some nice places and even help us in the transportation. Accommodation condition is quite good as it is a new hotel.
