Lovely stay. Breakfast delicious and staff so polite and helpful. Nice spacious room. Short walk to cathedral and Le Petite France. Would recommend.

The hotel was perfectly located to visit the old city and to walk around Strasbourg. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. We really enjoyed the sauna which was very clean and the whole spa area was immaculate. The hotel was competitive in pricing with parking for our car attached to the hotel

This is a very old hotel, very expensive, and not worth the cost. We had a suite on the 5th floor. The elevator only goes to the 4th so there were 20 steps to climb each time you went to your room. It could be an issue for some people. The people are very nice; it's just totally overpriced for what it is. I wouldn't recommend it.

Breakfast was authentic and delicious. Check-in at reception was friendly. Rooms were clean and well appointed. It's in a more out of the main tourist hub area so it's quiet.

Superb hotel really convenient for all Strasbourg has to offer. Really helpful staff especially Thomas behind reception. Room really nice and breakfast had lots of choice. The only negative is not having tea and coffee making facilities in the room which I would expect from this type of establishment,but this would not stop me staying again
