Bryan was very helpful and nice at the front desk. We really didn’t use anything other than the room but it was nice.

Fantastické The staff here was exceptionally kind to me as a single traveler. Great location for SXSW- out of the busy areas and relaxing. Great WiFi for reporters to get things done after the festival. Overall recommend staying here.

I’ve stayed at the Best Western Plus for quite some time now. They do put authorization holds on your card, they will tell you that there isn’t an incidental hold, but they will put holds on your cards. Then the staff will not know what to do, when you come down and investigate the matter. It’s a cool place to stay, just keep that small detail in mind.
