The hotel and the staff were extraordinary. They were exceedingly helpful and thoughtful. There was a genuine sincerity in their assistance. The food at Alma was fantastic. The rooms and common areas were well appointed. There was great service but not intrusive. It was a great stay.

From even before we arrived our stay was already fabulous. The concierge staff reached out to us in advance offering assistance and were able to arrange two accommodations we wanted even before we checked in. They remained that helpful during our entire stay. The property and rooms are beautiful. The restaurant and bar are amazing and every staff member was friendly and helpful. The location is excellent and walking distance to everything inside the Walled City. We enjoyed every second of our stay there.

The hotel’s location was perfect for a short stay like hours. Our suite was beyond gorgeous and the staff was exceptional. Breakfast was the only meal we had but it was also excellent so I recommend this hotel to any exigent traveler looking for perfect service and a very comfortable stay

Truly lovely and fabulous hotel. Entire staff committed to ensuring guests have a wonderful stay. Hotel is magnificent and tremendously well maintained. Breakfasts are very delicious as are all the meals. Truly a 5 star experience.

we had a wonderful stay. We booked the suite with the private pool which we loved. We spent a lot of time around that pool. The hotel is super charming contantly cleaned and very welcoming. everyone was nice but Andrew and Katherine went out of their way for us every day. Recommended

Incredible hotel in the absolute centre of the old city. Massive, well appointed rooms with oversized king size 4 poster beds. Great service, Ortiga toiletries and top end attention to detail. Breakfast at Michelin rated Alma restaurant is probably the best in the city.
