Very professional attitude and service. I’d love to come back to this hotel again. Only 3 minutes to Hiroshima station.

We enjoyed our stay in Hiroshima. The hotel was within walking distance to the places we wanted to go. The staff was very helpful. The mattress needs to be replaced. It sloped down.

Amazing shower pressure and hottest water ive had in any hotel. Small room but excellent location. No frills but would stay again. Right door to Grand Sheraton and train Station.

It’s well kept clean and staff is friendly, and you have lots to do close by!

Close to Hiroshima station, and very convenient for eating.

The staff at the front desk do not speak English which means difficult communications.

This is the worst place out of over 60 countries that my daughter and I have used with Hotels.com. I was standing in front of the hotel before they allowed me to see the room, they demanded that I booked it but they would refund it if I did not like the room when I saw the room it was full of bugs and spilled garbage and horrible horrible room, within five minutes hotel.com called them and they said that they would not refund it even though it was only a five minute thing… I had just had open heart surgery and I said I cannot be in an infection place with all the bugs and garbage in the room… Even though I booked it two minutes before and chose not to keep the room… They would not give a refund… They still charge me with all the bugs and garbage and everything on the floors
