Very central to Auckland city

Poor visibility in the areas between parking & the rooms. Pitched darkness outside the room, taking some time to unlock lock the door. Inevitability leads to the safety & security of the premises.

Clean and quaint little motel. It had everything I needed and was a short drive away from Newmarket. There were also food options ~10 mins walk away. On the first night, there was a rowdy group of guests who were hollering, hooting and singing at the top of their lungs. It went on for a few hours between 6.00 PM to 10.00 PM. I had attempted to reach reception via the motel phone and via the number indicated, but neither of the options connected. I did not feel safe enough to walk out of my room to make the complaint. From this incident, I do hope that reception could be more contactable and that the phone numbers are updated. I had a quiet and uneventful stay otherwise, and would definitely return again. 👍👍

The walls a thin unfortunately very noisy people in room next door could hear music playing and talking did not sleep well, tv not easy to figure out option freeview one channel. Very noisy heatpump. Step up shower not step in shower. When complained re noise issues receptionist laughed mutter sorry but i asked if they rent there. Had that feeling as heard domestic earlier further down in same complex.

Parking was easy and secure staff were helpful. Only thing would be great is a hand rail for us older people in the barth/shower.

It was a busy time at this accommodation when we stayed over Easter. Car parks are NOT allocated to any particular unit, which was difficult for us as we had large, heavy items to move in and out of the car each day we were staying there. There was some mould on the curtains. The microwave's glass plate did not fit, which meant that the microwave did not work very well. Unfortunately, the person in the next door unit was talking on his phone - until 5 a.m., which was not good for sleep. When we asked for another unit, the motel manager said that was not possible. She immediately went and talked to the person, who apologised, soon after. Two nights later, there was again talking through the wall until 4 a.m.
