Great staff, walkable location, fabulous shower! Highly recommend.

The guesthouse occupies three units in a row of townhouses. My family of three got a spacious room in the basement facing the street. There was some street noises in the morning, but they were tolerable. The house was dated, but the interior was well maintained. The bathroom looked recently renovated and clean. The beds were comfortable. The location was only 5 minutes bus ride from Oxford City center and 15 minutes bus ride from rail station. Our only interaction with a staff member was at checkin, and he was very friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Our only minor gripe was the lack of air conditioning in summer heat, but that's a common trait in most of Europe.

Lovely clean spacious room. Great shower with tea and coffee. They had put two fans in our room during the heatwave. Just a 10 minute walk into Oxford. Great spot.

Definitely not a summer property. We upgraded our room for a bigger bed which included a mini fridge and espresso maker. That being said we faced the road and the room was HOT! No AC so windows open with a very average floor fan. The road noise wasn’t horrific but it was there even at 4 am. Nice shower, wardrobe. I’d book again if I was traveling in April or May.

Clean room, good breakfast, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

The room was small but clean, bed was comfortable. Wifi was available. As it is an older building it did not have AC. We were provided with a fan and we were able to open the window. Good location

Good rooms especially for families, stairs only so not very accessible. One downside is no AC which was bad during a heatwave but i understand it’s the normal here. Staff were helpful. Check out is at 10am so thats also quite early compared to other places.

Check in was very speedy with a warm welcome and clear instructions. The room was clean with tea and a coffee machine, liked the fact that we had a small fridge so could keep our water cool; bathroom was not massive but clean and with shampoo, soap etc, shower was great, warm and powerful. We arrived when it was really warm and they had put a fan in the room which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend.
