I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The air conditioning was not working, which made the room very uncomfortable, especially given the weather. On top of that, there was a noticeable unpleasant odor throughout the room that never went away during my stay. I did notify staff, but the issue was not fully resolved. For the price and expectations, I was hoping for a much better experience. I would recommend that management address maintenance issues like AC and odors more promptly, as they significantly impact guest comfort. If you’re planning to stay here, I suggest confirming that everything in your room is functioning properly upon arrival.

Good budget hotel, location is very goo, easy to get to and from airport, as well as to other places, promenade just a minute walk. Staff was very helpful every time we asked anything. Rooms are quite small and lacking storage. Would recommend if you are looking for a cheaper option to stay in Nice.

The Ibis Budget Hotel is located a 2 minute walk from the beach. It is clean, modern and gives you an overall good feeling. Pierre and Pauline at the front desk went out of their way to help us. They were very knowledgeable. The room is a nice sized room with air conditioning and blackout drapes. The bathroom was clean and everything from the shower to sink worked perfectly. We slept great after our long hot days walking and exploring the Côte d’Azur. For the cleanliness, location, quiet and staff, I really believe this hotel deserves at least a 4 star rating.

We stayed at the Ibis Budget Nice California hotel for 8 nights. The location and facilities are superb; the tram from the airport passes in front of the hotel, and you can easily reach the city center using the same tram. The rooms are very small, but the bathroom is very clean. The fact that you have to use a room key to enter the hotel after 10 pm and that the elevators only work with a room key is very important for security. We were very satisfied. Thank you...

Very convenient location, just 1 minute walk from a tram station that directly connected to the airport and city centre. The room is clean as a budget hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly, we will stay again when we visit Nice again. Thank you.

Très bon accueil, l'hôtel est très beau et la chambre au top. Seul bémol, le sèche cheveux qui ne peux pas être utilisable dans la salle de bain ou au moins devant un miroir. La vue sur la mer est magnifique.
