Good location near subway and tram station, room very spacious clean. Only problem is with room key they still use the old magnetic cards that need to be reactivated every other day. Over all excellent experience.

It was a great located hotel. Close to train and tram. You can even walk to the palace and city centre. Polite and helpful staff. I think breakfast could be improved. Longe queues and looked like the cooks struggled with the cooker they used. I would have enjoyed more fried egg options or sides.

The staff was not very friendly nor helpful when we check in to the hotel they didn’t explained anything about the amenities. Also, there is no iron in the room, you have to use ironing room from 7-10pm. The fitness room has no free weights only three cardio machines. The property has a great location but is ready for some renovation. Our room carpet had several stains and the wall paper was peeling off. Also, there were trays left over night on the hallway from room service.
