Hotel within walking distance to end of Oddori park and near subway station (2 blocls away). It offers lounge access (free drinks and snacks) for all hotel guests 2x a day. One at 5-7 pm and another at 9-11 pm (with unlimited alcohol, drinks and sweets (chocolate, mochi, candies, pretzels, dehydrated fruits, salmon/cod jerkies). Bus going to new Chitose airport has a pick up schedule from the back of the hotel everyday at 9:30 and 10:30 am so convenient if you have many luggage and going to the airport. Breakfast has a wide spread and selection. Rooms were bigger than other hotels. Excellent value for the price.

Although the hotel looked great both inside and out—including the lobby and the complimentary lounge with drinks and snacks—the room we were assigned felt slightly musty upon arrival and appeared somewhat outdated. The TV was small and lacked USB connections, and the washroom featured an older-style bidet, which contrasted with the standards of other 4‑star hotels we have stayed in. For these reasons, I rated the stay a 3.

Parking in B1 and B2. Staff are very helpful. Rooms are clean and has amenities. Breakfast has a good spread and the have happy hour and late drinks as well which are free for guests.

Room was very warm at night and there was no AC option. We were able to get a fan and that helped a little but we still did not sleep well because of the temperature.

Room is good and sufficient for all of us 4 person.
No laundry room, no daily and make up room unless sign is put outside door before 1pm. New towels only be provided. The only extra thing is free lounge alcohol for everyone. They dont check though, so anyone can come in. Hotel floor doesnt need card to go in, so you might feel unsecure. No coffee in the room as well, and you need to get your water from outside room as well.
