This hotel is in a funky location, it seemed like from the rooms, it may have been a corporate building turned into a hotel. However, the parking garage attached was very convenient and safe, and it was a short drive or Uber to the downtown area or train station. The hotel staff were very accommodating, and the breakfast was worth the price. I felt safe there, there was someone on staff 24 hours and always ready to answer our questions. Now the room, was okay. We were a little bummed they didn't have a fridge or AC, but there were some fans available and the windows did open in the room, so we were okay with the alternative. They even brought us a portable fridge to used to cool our drinks. The layout of the room was a little strange a the way the shower is set up, we had a lot of excess water on the floor after taking showers, but overall for the price and stay it was worth it.

Bar is closed all weekend after breakfast. Shower is a wet room that floods the hotel room. Had to lay towels on the floor to stop the shower water leaking out.

was ok

Hotel room was nice and tidy. The staffs were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel's design is nice and modern. Rooms are very clean. But the rooms are far from comfortable to stay in. There is no air conditioning in this very modern hotel. Also, there are hardly any electrical sockets in the room, and the ones that there are are in odd places, making it hard to charge and work with laptops.

.

Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Requests were met. Hesmon at the front desk was nice, attentive to requests known. Daily clean request were met which was pleasant. Overall, quiet, peaceful experience. Cons: lipstick mark on one of the cup in the room so thorough check will be useful for future note. One of the staff who works at the front desk hung up the phone when he couldn’t understand the request? Didn’t even make the effort to call back, apologize and clarify. Please be aware of the customer requests and make sure the requests are met. Random but few of the guys who were staying in the hotel had hostile vibes, not necessarily saying things out loud but talking in their own language, being immature, inappropriate. I can feel the rude and odd vibes from them. Short but unpleasant experience.

First and foremost property doesn’t have AC , and not even a fan that can circulate some air , if you are traveling during summer count this one out . In winter bring a lots of blankets because it doesn’t have heat either. Front seat was terrible , all young and very unmanned people. Upon asking for dental care kit they had an attitude. We paid for breakfast when we booked, upon arrival staff said it’s not paid and we had to pay again. On second day one adult guy was very helpful. Breakfast was ok . Nothing to brag about not worth paying for.

Bit far from city centre. Washroom sink is way too small. Air conditioner not working properly. Beds were springy and bouncy, not comfortable. Rooms were clean. Staff very helpful.

Property didn’t have air conditioning because they were in want to be eco friendly and the shower is next to the bed where you can see the person taking a shower. There is no privacy glass.
