Podprůměrné

Zůstal/a s rodinou · Pro přátele a rodinu

Very rude manager used extremely fowl language with my 70 year old handicapped wife. All she did was call him to explain why her health situation doesn't allow her to sit and eat a meal rather she needs to eat very small portions throughout the day. All because the hotel has a ridiculous policy that you can't take your breakfast to your room. Hotels are hospitality businesses not hostility. We stayed there in 2 different rooms over a week time and neither rooms A/C worked. We will never spend another night there. Rudeness and fowl language should not be tolerated.

I loved the room. I did not love the fact that I had to go up 2 flights of stairs and walk all the way around the building to the backside to find the room. I was also charged 2 $50 pet deposits because I booked 2 rooms. I only have one 20lb dog.
