Skvělý This is an excellent location if you want to explore the Victoria waterfront and all the attractions here.
The rooms are spacious (and quiet), the pool is pleasant, and the breakfast is adequate (though a bit busy at times).

Dobrý Comfortable bed. We were given a ground level Room. There is no air conditioning and the neighborhood was not good enough to leave the door open. Hotel is old but has some renovation.

Skvělý I don’t like breakfast in those little rooms where everyone is scrambling about for the same 6 items and one of those is powdered eggs. More dairy free and gluten free options would have been nice.

The location is super. It is a block away from the Black Ball Ferry terminal for ferries from Seattle. It is also on block from the Legislature building and within easy walking distance to Beacon Hill Park and Downtown Victoria, so it is super easy to get around.
The hotel itself is well kept, clean and inviting. The small outdoor pool was just right for the kids to play in.
The staff was always greeting us with a smile.
Parking in the neighbourhood is very limited, so parking at the hotel is a must even if it costs a few dollars more.

Everything was very clean
All staff were helpful. Got early check in and late Check out.
Kichen was great but no blender. Will call in next time as we usually blend.
Breakfast was great. Lovation very close to Inner Harbour and parliament building. Nice restaurants near by.

The room was spacious and had mini kitchen. 2 balconies since was a corner room. The location was great for inner harbor and to catch sightseeing shuttles. You could walk everywhere!

Skvělý We loved our room but the bed was horrible needs to be replaced but we loved everything else
