My stay was great! Rooms are pretty small but i managed for the 10 days I stayed

APA as a brand was recommended by a Japanese friend. Value for money, given the high hotel prices in Tokyo, the room was great. Great location within walking distance to areas such as like Roppongi, Shibuya, Aoyama…. To be sure, the room is tiny - it’s almost as if they built the walls around the bed! But I was only looking for a place to sleep, that is not a capsule. The bathroom is very good. Clean. Excellent water pressure. Shampoo and gel also great. I highly recommend the brand in general.

I usually enjoy staying at APA hotels because they’re reliable and consistent, but this particular location was a disappointing experience. The biggest issue was the noise. The walls and doors didn’t seem to block sound well at all—you could clearly hear footsteps and movement from the hallway, even late at night. It got to the point where it was difficult to get proper sleep, which really affected my overall stay. The staff were okay—nothing exceptional, but no major issues either. The location was also not the most convenient, about a 10-minute walk from the nearest train station, which added a bit of inconvenience to daily travel. I had originally booked for 7 nights, but due to the constant noise and lack of comfort, I decided to cancel the remaining 5 nights and move to a different hotel. Unfortunately, this stay didn’t meet the standard I’ve come to expect from APA.

The room was clean but very very small. I had a better setup in the APA in Osaka

Was small but normal for Japan, one issue was the air conditioning was not work and had to have the window open

Frankly, the rooms are simply too small. It is just short of a capsule hotel. You have to go outside to change your mind. Yes, it was clean, but it is very unfriendly.

Nothing short of amazing.
