Very nice upscale hotel in excellent location near the waterfront and freedom trail and the T. Concierge was very helpful and in house restaurant was good Room well appointed and bed was very comfortable. Parking not cheap ($70/day) but good service and in/out privileges

Contacted hotel via expedia to determine parking cost. No response for many days. Called hotel. Was told one price. Checked in and told a higher price. When checked into hotel was told there was a $10 credit in the coffee shop. When asked to use it later was told it would only work the next day. Beautiful decor throughout hotel, however, and great location.

Room i booked wasn’t available so the manager upgraded our room. Hotel is located close to the harbor, Quincey market, Boston commons & the Freedom Trail.

We had a great 2 night stay with two kids, 9 & 13. Rooms were clean, service was great with helpful staff! Beds were comfy and bathroom was large and clean! Would definitely recommend & hope to stay again when we return to Boston!

I always love the Dagny. The staff, the smell, and the location is unmatched. Little things - towel hooks next to the sinks should be installed, the ice machine was broken on my floor, and there aren’t coatracks in the rooms with umbrellas available for use that should be standard in Boston. It rained the entire time and these are standard at the JW at the LongWharf.
