I had a great experience here. We stayed here for our last day in Japan as a buffer just incase we had any problems towards the end of our trip. We were expecting a turd of a hotel because it was very inexpensive and there were some awful reviews. We stayed in the West Wing which was great. The room was clean and I was expecting a tiny room but it was a little bigger than expected. I got good use out of the Onsens which were great, not a lot of people in there (Sunday and Monday). My wife took advantage of the shuttle to the mall a couple times. Awesome to have a Family Mart in there, I was able to use most of my remaining Sucia balance. I would 100% stay here again and maybe play the golf course behind the hotel next time. My pal Douglas stayed in the Garden Wing. He said the room was horrible! Stains on the carpet and the bathroom was so bad they didn't even want to shower there. They slept on top of the cover with shoes because the bed has stains from bodily fluids. I ranked this hotel #3 out of our 5 hotel japan stay, Grand Centara and Gracey number 1 &2. Douglas said it was the worst hotel or even Motel he has ever stayed at in his life! He said if he didn't have so much luggage he would have booked another hotel immediately. His wife almost divorced him for booking that hotel even though it was my idea. Bad end to their trip. They ended up checking out as soon as they woke up and just hung out at the airport for our 5pm flight. A tale of two wings!

Good things: - Nice and friendly staff - Shuttles to and from airport, shopping centre and JR station - Hot springs with outdoor setting is a big bonus (700 yen to use until 9am on the next day) - Dinner at “Soh” 👍 Not so-good things: - The room and hallway is very “aged”. My room is located on “Garden wing”. Maybe the main building is better? - Breakfast buffet: It offered a good variety of options, but many items were not replenished during my visit between 8:00 and 9:30 a.m., despite service continuing until 10:00 a.m.

The staff and lobby were very good. Has a FamilyMart inside which was helpful. But I was assigned a basement room which was fairly dirty, especially by Japanese standards. It was bearable but definitely rough around the edges. I didn't feel comfortable and had to lay towels down on the floor since slippers were not provided.

I stayed here because it’s the only hotel near Narita Airport with a hot spring. The hot spring was excellent. However, my room was in the older building, and both the walls and the carpet were dirty. I also found a cockroach in the room. I would definitely like to stay here again in the future, but I want to avoid the older building. It would be very helpful if the room type clearly indicated something like “New Building” in the listing title, so guests can easily tell which building they are booking.

They have a strict policy for check-in time. So there was a line waiting to be checked in before 3 pm. The hotel and room are very dated, but it was convenient to have a shuttle bus to go to Aeon Mall and Narita Airport.

This hotel is very convenient to the airport and the shuttle system is seamless. We also used the shuttle to get into town (Narita) by taking it to the JR station. The room was small but comfortable. Amenities were great. We put on our yukatas and had a great soak in the onsen downstairs. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet which had an amazing range of choices. We also took advantage of the on site convenience store. Good choice for international arrivals like ourselves:)
