When we were checking in, the gentleman standing next to us was asking for a different room because the one he was just issued was already occupied. We should have left at that. The room my husband and I were issued had black walls and the lights were horrible you could hardly tell what you were wearing. The staff brought us two extra lamps. The cleaning staff forgot several times to leave us towels, didn't take dirty cups from the morning coffee. We also asked the cleaning staff if they could vaccum the carpet after several days because it was badly needed and they never did. I would not recommend this hotel. The only redeeming quality of this hotel was Sacha from the front desk who tried to correct the situation.

Everything great. The only issue was the early closure of the room service….😔

Room was clean with nice amenities. The lobby treat table was appreciated and the water provided in the room was also nice. Location is great. Walkable to everywhere.

Great location

Our parking was taken by someone in the middle of the trip and we had to look for.another spot... the cleaning staff kept taking the carf our of the slot so we always came back to a bouling hot room in record breaking 41deg weather... the cleaning staff had to be called for cleaning on several occasions. Overall, a nice hotel, with some kinks to work through

We really enjoyed out stay at this hotel. The staff were probably the best hotel staff we have ever encountered. They were all friendly and extremely helpful. They could not do enough to make our stay special. The room and the beds were very comfortable. There were tea and coffee making facilities, a great TV, a safe, a great shower with huge towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel etc. We had everything we needed. The hotel was in a great location too, with a supermarket nearby and lots of other shops, cake and ice cream shops, bars and restaurants in LInzer Gasse. It was a 10 - 15 minute walk to the old town and Mirabelle Platz. The number 2 bus stop for the bus to return to the airport was 4 minutes away. For me, one of the most innovative things was that you could put a sign on your door to ask for the room not to be cleaned that day in return for 2 free drinks (beer or wine, or soft drink at the bar). What a wonderful idea! There was also iced water in the foyer - along with apples, sweets, almond bisuits etc. So thoughtful and generous. Great hotel. Wonderful staff and clearly - well run by managers who put their guests first! Thank you!
