The front desk and bar staff were super. We were treated like friends by Esteban from Argentina at the front desk. He went the extra mile on everything and gave us vouchers for drinks at the bar a few feet away. He followe up to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Good value for the money and Estefan the manager was great. Only reason I didn’t give excellent overall is the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. I know it’s not needed typically but Switzerland has been very hot. The fan in the room made it manageable for one night though.

Wonderful experience! Steps from the train station in an area with an upbeat fun vibe, but very quiet. Really a nice stay. In fact, we plan to stay there again in a few months when back through Zurich.

Just 1 min walk to Zurich HB. Good options for food just down and around hotel. Just that in summer bit inconvenient as only tabel fan. Other wise good choice
