The room was large size with beautiful balcony!! The only problem was the beds with old bedsheets……staff were super nice! Didn’t like the buffet! Cilantro restaurant was great! Overall experience was good!

Our room supposedly was a luxury room. 2 full size beds and a couch that opened up. The couch was hard as a rock. The shower had a slow flow. Only bath towels, no wash cloths or hand towels. I wish there would have been more options as to where to eat.

the good thing is it was close to the water... The bad thing is the staff lies just about everything when they serve the food that doesn't meet expectation... not the cleanest place and very, very outdated... Shampoo and soap in the bathroom are cheap motel quality....

We stayed at Pueblo Bonita Rose for 5 days. Overall it was wonderful. The staff was great anywhere we were at; pool, restaurants, room service. The rooms are a bit outdated and the beds aren’t too comfortable, however our room was cleaned each day and it had a great balcony view of the pool and ocean. Aside from that, the property was very clean and beautiful. The location was absolutely perfect! 10 min walk to the shopping center, and perfect for a taking a stroll down the beach which was also a short distance to Mango Deck and restaurants/bars. I would recommend Pueblo Bonito Rose and the All Inclusive is 100% worth it! We are already planning our next trip

This is our third time staying at this resort so clearly we like it. The service at the pool and on the beach for food and alcohol is amazing! Jonathan was very attentive. We are a family that loves swimming in the ocean so it is a big deal having a swimmable beach at this resort. Room service food is really good and never took too long. We had a total of 11 people and never had issues getting tables altogether at the buffet or restaurant reservations. They also helped us book golf at Quivira and that is an unbelievable experience, highly recommend. All of the staff is simply amazing. I never encountered a single issue with my entire stay. I will stay here a fourth time.

The resort is beautiful, and the grounds are well maintained. The location is excellent. Rooms definitely need updating. There was only 1-2 english television stations to watch, and part of the time the channels didn’t come in at all. I didn’t like seeing all the dirty dishes and food littering the hallways, There were lots of food choices, and for the most part the food was good. They definitely need more than one bartender out at the outside bar, but the pool servers were great, they really work their butt off and want to make sure you’re happy. Overall we’d visit this resort again, and we had a good time

Room was ok; shower head was broken but worked. Air conditioner was horribly loud! Staff was nice but way too busy in June. Beach was nice outside. Food was good. Kitchen had coffee pot but no coffee packs to use. I wouldn’t go back in June way too busy. We like going in October instead.
