The food and staff are really good; the rooms need updates. In ours the curtain was falling off.

The kids really enjoyed the seals, otters, and blue herons in the harbour. Additionally, the pool, hot tub, and enjoyable stroll or water taxi to the other side of the harbour. The staff, views, and location were incredible!

The hotel water tasted acidic after being boiled in the kettle. There were no warnings about the water quality, and no time to check if the kettle was the problem. However, this should be taken seriously.

Room was fine. No different than a holiday inn or Ramada. Pricy for what you got.

The hotel was amazing, the best view with a very nice and clean room. Everytime we left we came back to a nice clean room. We were also on the club lounge floor which gave us breakfast and lunch included in our stay. I only give it a 4 because the people staying in the rooms around us were very loud all night so it could’ve been quieter. There was no noise cancellation and you could hear everything in the hallways.

I brought my family here for a special trip: it was the first time we had all travelled together, and I wanted them to feel special and cared for, so I did meticulous research into finding the best hotel in Victoria for us to stay at and landed on this one. What sold it to me was the view of the water from the rooms, with floor-to-ceiling windows, and being able to see the government buildings across the water and watching the seaplanes take off and land. When we arrived, there was initially an issue with the room, but Andres was there, and he immediately rectified the issue and took a proactive approach to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Not only did he resolve our issue, but he went above and beyond to make this trip very special for us. My family told me afterwards that this was one of the best trips they have been on, and it was partly thanks to Andres' exemplary care and thoughtfulness. He is a real gem, and Delta Hotels is very lucky to have him.

I really enjoyed our stay with my two boys. There happened to be a wonderful family-friendly event during our visit where kids could watch a movie with snacks and drinks provided, play board games, and enjoy simple but fun activity stations. It was such a nice surprise. We also learned that free bike rentals were available, so we borrowed bikes and rode all the way to Beacon Hill Children’s Farm, which was a lot of fun for all of us. The location was fantastic, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We also loved the late-night snack from LURE — the chicken wings were a hit with the family!
