Older hotel but in a great area. Safe neighborhood. Close to mall/shops. Need to clean the windows. Very dirty. Overall nice. Would stay again.

1.The toilet handle was broken and needs repair. 2.The mini refrigerator was making a lot of noise throughout the night, which disrupted rest.

Dobrý
The staff was amazing, the valet was so late and helpful, however, the TVs didn’t work in me and several other friends rooms, and neither did the refrigerators. Also, upon checking in the room did not have hand soap. Or hand towels.

My only complaint is that the Ice machine was not working on my floor which was the 10th and I had to go go down one by one until I sound I working on on the 7th.

Motel 6 for Hilton’s price. Really??? There is no way that this place has excellent reviews! The worst Hilton I’ve ever been in my life. The only thing is staff are really nice and friendly. The hotel is really outdated, shower is like in a cheap hotel with very low water stream, only one out of two room keys worked, parking spots are so narrow that you have to be careful not to damage other cars and your own doors. Hotels around are cheaper and much better. Totally disappointing experience

TV didn’t work. Breakfast was chaos. Dirty plates. No water. Elevator was slow and bumpy. Parking was super overpriced. Front desk was nice and helpful and food was solid but for the price we paid this was a huge letdown

Horrible hotel, it looks like it’s falling apart. Cracked ceilings, brother furniture. Carpet was smelling horrible. Checked in and had to check out as soon as I went into my room.
