Room was clean and quiet. Very close to Metro station. Pool is small but good for a quick dip

Good breakfast

A very nice modern hotel located right next to Bogatell train station for easy access around the city. The staff are friendly and the front desk is 24h. The buffet breakfast is good. The pool is very small for a big hotel so it gets crowded but nice to be able to swim. Thank you Ibis Styles, we hope to see you again!

The first room we were given had an issue with the air conditioning, as water was leaking from the ceiling. Although the rooms appeared clean at first glance, the towels had stains, and upon closer inspection, there was noticeable dust and dirt on the furniture.

This was the worst experience at a hotel I have ever had. I booked a family room for two adults and called ahead to change our reservation to three adults, which the hotel confirmed. Upon arrival, I was told that the room only accommodates two adults and one child and I would need to book another room for the third person. When I tried to explain that I called ahead and confirmed the third adult, I was met with no apology and “that’s our policy it’s listed on our site.” Expedia explicitly states that “a person of any age is considered an adult” at this hotel and that “extra person charges may apply” but no where does it state that the extra person must be a “child”. As it was 3am, we didn’t have any other options. When I arrived in my room, there was mold in my shower. Our friend, who was forced to book another room despite our room being large enough for all three of us, had sand all over her floor and towels that smelled like mildew. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, they seemed very unapologetic. They would not allow our uber to drop off food to our room and upon checkout, tried to tell me I owed more money for my friends room because they didn’t charge her correctly and she had already checked out. This place has zero care or respect for its guests. STAY FAR AWAY.

I ordered a queen bed, and received two singles. Everytime I came back to the room the windows would open which would turn off the a/c. No fridge or safe in the room, and no laundry services. They do provide a breakfast, 24 hour bar/restaurant, and the location is about a 12 minute walk to the beach. There are several restaurants and bars around.
