Excellent location and across the road from Central Station. Perfectly good room. Only access to the lobby is up approx 8 steps which is difficult with a heavy suitcase. There is a small platform stairlift for wheelchair access but certainly not a very accessible place as you require to ask reception to use the stair lift. It is a heritage building hence steps up from street. All level once you are inside. I would stay here again but not if I was requiring a wheelchair or struggled with stairs.

Clean room, clean building. Unfortunately undesirable folk lingering at front due to train station. Need a key to access inside .

We were on level 3 corner facing Central Station. The road noise made it difficult to get a good nights sleep. The property and room was as advertised.

I would have liked to be made aware of parking as an extra cost before booking. Otherwise great experience with friendly and helpful staff. Valet parking though is a concern for larger cars.
