Fantastické Clean room. Staff was excellent. Location was great. The apartment could use some everyday amenities such as napkins or Scott towels, oil and vinegar for salads and cooking and some spices.

Fantastické Great room with a beautiful view of the river and the city. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was available, but like everywhere in downtown areas, very tight spots. The only issue was there was no access to the parking lot from the inside of the hotel; they have to open the garage door for you, so plan not to have access to your car unless you absolutely need it.

Skvělý Good location as it’s very close to York centre, breakfast was good. Hotel was dated though and our bath had a missing bath handle with dangerous holes that children could cut themselves on

Skvělý i stayed in the annex , a one bed appartment , was nice and clean , beds were comfy , great shower/bathroom , all kitchen amenities were good , staff very friendly at check in , and check out.

Fantastické Fantastic right in the city close to the railway station. Very clean and friendly staff arranged an early breakfast due to my early train and for a buffet breakfast excellent it was too, hot and tasted fresh

Podprůměrné Bien situé et près des attraits touristiques. Par contre, le wifi ne fonctionnait pas bien au 4e étage. Le divan-lit n’était pas confortable. Il manquait des draps et des serviettes pour le nombre total de visiteurs. Les robinets de la douche étaient très difficile à fermer.

Skvělý We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, we were in room 1 on the ground floor. The room was nice, plenty of tea, coffee & biscuits. Bathroom was a good size with plenty of towels & shower gel. The only draw back with this room was the noise from the bar across the road (can't be helped in summer) but we were disturbed with a clicking sound constantly going off twice every few minutes till 1am & then started again at 5am!! Thought it was the laundry next door but on speaking to reception, she informed us it is the hotel's garage door rolling up then down after every entry & exit which is directly under our room so if you're a light sleeper like me & my daughter, don't have room 1 or 2. Breakfast was good, book your time to avoid busy periods, staff were friendly & efficient!! Overall we enjoyed our stay & would stay again as the locations is great
